To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #457)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #457. I actually rarely order dessert and am not much of a sweets fan but my gosh these five dessert recipes submitted to last weeks party looked too beautiful not to feature all of them. We’ve had some pretty rainy and chilly weather lately but all my seeds are up in the garden so I’m happy. Now, on to the party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Five features will be chosen every week, promoted in the next party, shared across all of our social media and included in our weekly newsletter!

Rules:

* Remember, if you share with us, you are giving us permission to use one of your images if you’re featured.

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (We love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram if we feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
